I quit about fifteen years ago, and I am thankful for that every day. Like so many things in life, once I REALLY made up my mind to do it, it was not that hard. I just decided that I was not going to put another cigarette in my mouth, no matter what, so I didn’t. Thankfully, no cigarettes jumped in there on their own.
I wonder if more people read about the “individual compounds that have been identified in tobacco”, they would still want to smoke. That’s pretty gross. . .
